How to book your sessioN

Below is a step by step guide to successfully make a booking and hopefully answer any queries you may have. You will get to know a little of the ins and outs of the booking process and what to expect.

I. Contact me


Whether it’s a question, or you simply want to book now, please reach out to me via my booking/contact form. Provide as much detail/information as possible so I am able to have a better understanding of what you want and how I can best help you. Once I have received your form we will then confirm a date and time.

II. Contract | InvoicE


Once a date and time is confirmed I will then send you a contract and invoice. You will then make your (non refundable) deposit. Your session will not be secured until you have signed your contract and have successfully received your deposit.

(Failing to send either of these within 48 hours from first contact will result in any other individual being able to book this time and date) so please make sure you are 100% commited to your shoot.

iii. Pre session planning


This is where we iron out all the finer details. I will send you a questionnaire which allows me to get to know you and any others a little more before our session. It makes a world of difference when knowing names, ages, likes and dislikes. I’ll work with you to answer any questions you may have, assist you with local makeup artists, clothing hire, the shoot location or a little catch up korero to ease your mind before your shoot day. Whatever it may be, I’m here to help as best as I can.
